Reporting to the Operations Manager, this crucial role is designed to implement, streamline and maintain processes impacting productivity and service delivery.

Specifically:

• ownership of daily and weekly coordination of workflow practices and  workload planning based on the strategic allocation of resources;
• prioritisation of current and upcoming demand through constant and close collaboration with the technical service team;
• service-driven technical, product and pricing support for existing and potential customers   
• program management and coordination of the rental fleet program
• streamlining and preparation of daily management reporting regarding resources, planning and business activity;
• accountability for fostering and maintaining positive relationships with the company’s partners throughout Oceania, with suppliers and within the team

You are a strategic thinker with an operational mindset. A tertiary qualified site engineer (BEng), you possess a demonstrable understanding of theoretical concepts coupled with 3-5 years practical experience with foundation and piling contracting.

Proactive with a collaborative approach, you routinely employ excellent written and verbal English skills, strong interpersonal skills, and exceptional attention to detail.

An understanding of piling and foundation equipment is desirable but not essential. A current NSW Drivers’ Licence and own transport are both required.
