Pilequip has the following hydraulic vibratory piling hammers available for rental throughout Australia:
ICE 14-12
This vibrator weighs 13.3 tonnes. It has the highest eccentric moment of the ICE range of vibrators at 115 kg.m and a corresponding centrifugal force of 2,300 kN. It is driven by a 650 hp power pack. It can be supplied with either a single 230 tonne universal clamp or a beam & double 122-T clamps for driving tubes up to 2.0m diameter.
ICE 815C
This vibrator weighs 9 tonnes. It has forced lubrication which assist’s in cooling and operation for longer duty cycles (eg. for vibro-compaction work). It is driven by a 500hp power pack. It is a “standard frequency” hammer operating at up to 1600 rpm. We can supply either a single universal clamp or a spreader beam and double clamps for large diameter tube piles, or with a 180 tonne clamp for installing/extracting timber or precast piles.
ICE 44-50
This vibrator weighs 7tonnes. It can be fitted with additional counterweights if required. It is driven by a 500hp power pack. It is a “standard frequency” hammer operating at up to 1570 rpm. We can supply either a single universal clamp or a spreader beam and double clamps for large diameter tube piles.
ICE 416L
This vibrator weighs 6 tonnes. It is a “standard frequency” hammer operating upto 1600 rpm and is regarded as the workhorse of most rental fleets around the world. It is an excellent and very reliable hammer for sheet piling, H piles and for steel tube piles. It can be supplied with a universal clamp or double jaws fitted to a spreader beam for larger diameter piles. Or with a 120 tonne clamp for handling timber or precast concrete piles.
ICE 223
This 3 tonne “high frequency” unit is a very popular model. It is ideal for installing or extracting sheet pile or steel tubes up to approximately 15 metre length. It can be fitted with a universal clamp or with double jaws on a spreader beam for casings. We have a 1.5 tonne counter weight for added penetration in difficult soils.
ICE 216
Only 2 tonne weight and the smallest of the units in the fleet. A “standard frequency” hammer operating at 1600 rpm and is a workhorse requiring low maintenance. Useful for installing and extracting steel piles up to 12 metre long. Can also be fitted with a timber pile clamp to install or extract stubborn timber piles. Often used for installation of wick drains.
