BG System - Rotary Drilling Rigs

Drilling with Kelly

Classic bored pile system which transfers torque and vertical crowd force to drilling tools via telescopic kelly bar
Installation of drill casings by rotary drive or by casing oscillators
Diameters 600 - 3000mm
Drilling depth 15-90m
Suitable for all types of soils inc bedrock

Drilling with Continuous Flight Auger (CFA)

Significant increase in drilling performance with CFA
Use of crowd winch facilitates penetration into hard soil formations
Attaching a kelly extension increases drilling depth by 6-8 metres
Diameters 500 - 1200 mm
Drilling depth 10 - 28 m

Soil Displacement Piling System (FDP)

Displacement tool is mounted to the bottom of the drill rod
Concrete is placed through the hollow stem of displacement tool which is simultaneous withdrawn
Full displacement of soil keeps the working area free from spoil and allows the rig to manouever easier
Diameters 400 - 600 mm
Drilling depth 10 -28 m

Soil Mixing Wall System (SMW)

Cost effective technique for construction of cut-off and retaining walls
When drilling and pushing the augers into the broken ground, the soil is broken down and mixed with the slurry which is continuously injected through the drill stem
Verticality of the wall is monitored by automatic inclinometer measurements
Wall thickness 350 - 550 mm
Depth 8 - 15 m

Rotary Drilling Rigs - H Version

Rotary Drilling Rigs - V Version

V type mast link frame system has large backstay cylinders. They feature excellent stiffness of kinematic system which is advantageous when drilling in rock or constructing secant pile walls. Mast is lowered forward for transportation of the rig.
