Hydraulic Piling & Diaphragm Wall Rig
The Enteco E300 piling and diaphgram wall rig is a "40-Tonne" (42-tonnes when fitted with Kelly Bar) self-erecting rig with 15-Tonne.metres torque. This rig has been designed to perform the following applications:
- Bored piles - dry drilling or bentonite mud
- Continuous flight auger (CFA)
- Soil displacement piles
- Diaphragm walls

- Modern & powerful proportional load sensing and cross sensing hydraulic system makes the machine easy to use and handle and allow an efficient use of engine and reduced fuel consumption
- The cab is perfectly ergonomic: the driver has maximum visibility and can keep the main winch constantly under direct visual control. Heating and air conditioning are integrated into the control platform
- Electronic control equipment: vertically display, depth display, drilling target approaching and reaching buzzer
- The machine may be equipped with two pull-down systems: cylinder or winch, to be chosen accordingly to the drilling system requirements.
The E300M is pre-configured for 'multi-use' operation (i.e. can be used in *Bored Piling *CFA *D-Wall and Displacement piling modes), and great attention has been given to being able to change from Bored Piling to CFA (or vice-versa) such that this operation can be completed on-site in 2-4 hrs. Some other manufacturers require the rig to be returned to the Workshop - and several days of production can be lost!
