Junttan
The Junttan range of pile driving rigs, equipped with Junttan hydraulic hammers, are flexible enough to install all kinds of piles and profiles, working with driven elements of different sections and materials.
The rigs incorporate a wide variety of features designed to maximise the productivity and safety of any pile driving operation:
- Hydraulic pile arms fixed on the leader for quick and safe pile handling;
- Expandable tracks and low centre of gravity for exceptional stability;
- Self erecting leader systems for easy and quick start up and transportation;
- Ergonomic safety tested cabins for maximum operator safety and comfort;
- Powerful, economic and environmentally friendly Junttan hydraulic hammers that generate lower impact noise and less vibration;
- New low emission engines;
- Powerful engines and wenches that can be adapted to different sizes of hammers and other equipment, such as vibrators or pre-drilling rotary heads;
- Optional equipment available: driven cast-in-situ equipment, pre-drilling rotary head, vibrators.
