Our customers are always impressed with the Dawson EMV 300.
It is designed specifically to be fitted quickly on an excavator
without any special plumbing or pipework!
The EMV 300A is popular amongst contractors due to its flexibility of fitting to a wide range of excavators, and the speed with which it can be fitted.
- Weighing only 860kg, this EMV operates at 2400 rpm producing a maximum centrifugal force of 300kN.
- Maximum line-pull for pile extraction is 80kN.
- The EMV operates at optimum performance with hydraulic flows of 180 - 250 litres per minute at pressures of 280 - 350 bar.
The EMV 300 also has a built-in flow regulator which enables it to be fully operational on the lower flow rates of a 12 tonne right through to a 35 tonne excavator.
The EMV 300 is perfect for sheet piling jobs involving light to medium grade sheets about 6m long, installation and extraction of UC columns and small diameter tube piles and casings.
