Center Rock involved in saving Chilean Miners

Brandon Fisher, the Principal of Center Rock Inc., our supplier of the DTH (down the hole) hammer LP ‘cluster’ drills that have now been successfully used on a wide variety of projects in Australia, has become an integral part in an alternative plan to rescue the trapped Chilean miners.

Using the Center Rock hammers and drill bits to speed up the process, an alternative hole is being drilled to get to the miners within an estimated period of 6-8 weeks – instead of the 4 months predicted with the original plan that has been commenced.
