Pilequip has the following hydraulic vibratory piling hammers available for rental throughout Australia:

ICE V360
Weighing 17.0 tonnes when configured with beam & double extension clamps, the V360 is designed for heavy casing installation & extraction with a maximum static line pull capability of 200 Tonnes.

ICE 110C

The ICE 110C vibratory hammer has the highest driving force in its class (3,560kN), & is powered by twin CAT C15 engines, so has planty of power for your heaviest pile driving & extracting requirements.

ICE 84C
High performance from a relatively low weight vibratory hammer/extractor of only 10.1 tonnes, yet has a line pull capacity of 140 tonnes. Equally suited to large casing & heavy sheet pile section work.

ICE_815C1ICE 44B
Supercedes the ICE 44-50 vibratory hammer which has been recognised as the heavy industry workhorse for over 20 years. The ICE 44B is the same dimensionally as the ICE 44-50, yet offers 30% more driving/extracting force.

ICE 44-50
This vibrator weighs 7 tonnes. It can be fitted with additional counterweights if required. It is driven by a 500hp power pack. It is a "standard frequency" hammer operating at up to 1570 rpm. We can supply either a single universal clamp or a spreader beam and double clamps for large diameter tube piles.

ICE 815c

This vibrator weighs 9 tonnes. It has forced lubrication which assist's in cooling and operation for longer duty cycles (eg. for vibro-compaction work). It is driven by a 500hp power pack. It is a "standard frequency" hammer operating at up to 1600 rpm. We can supply either a single universal clamp or a spreader beam and double clamps for large diameter tube piles, or with a 180 tonne clamp for installing/extracting timber or precast piles.

ICE 416L
This vibrator weighs 6 tonnes. It is a "standard frequency" hammer operating upto 1600 rpm and is regarded as the workhorse of most rental fleets around the world. It is an excellent and very reliable hammer for sheet piling, H piles and for steel tube piles. It can be supplied with a universal clamp or double jaws fitted to a spreader beam for larger diameter piles. Or with a 120 tonne clamp for handling timber or precast concrete piles.

ICE 14-23c
This high frequency vibratory hammer weighs only 4.3 tonnes, yet delivers a driving/extracting force of 812kN. It achieves high production with sheet pile sections in cohesion less soils.

ICE 216B
Only 2 tonne weight and the smallest of the units in the fleet. A "standard frequency" hammer operating at 1600 rpm and is a workhorse requiring low maintenance. Useful for installing and extracting steel piles up to 12 metre long. Especially effective in cohesive soils such as clays.

Service Technicians are available ex Sydney on a fee for service basis to commission the equipment and to train your operators & maintenance personnel either on site or in our yard. It is strongly recommended that you make use of this service in order to comply with current OH&S regulations.
